Urgent requirement: final inspection operator (Scotland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Glasgow City, Scotland. Day to day you will check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time with occasional weekends.
