Safety marshal wanted in Reagan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in Reagan County, Texas. You will be based on a high-rise building project. Day to day you will deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
