Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Darke County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy AC installation company. On a typical shift you will install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines. Ideal candidate: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Can read electrical and piping schematics • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
