Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Tuscola County, Michigan. You will be based in a coffee shop. You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
