Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Humboldt County, California. On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
