Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Hamilton County, Iowa. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
