Powder coating sprayer • Tuolumne County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Tuolumne County, California. The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
