Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
