You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
