Your main tasks: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
