Metal caster wanted in Sanilac County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal caster in Sanilac County, Michigan. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. On a typical shift you will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Requirements: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
