Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Knox County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Knox County, Tennessee. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
