Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
