Tyre fitter wanted in Putnam County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tyre fitter in Putnam County, Illinois. The job is in a tyre and puncture shop. What we are looking for: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers You will demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
