Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
