Production welder wanted in Johnson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Johnson County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Rotating shifts.
