Tube and fitting scaffolder — Lee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Lee County, Illinois. The role involves read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
