Fry cook • Sabon Birni, Sokoto State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Sabon Birni, Sokoto State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
