Steel fixing chargehand • Baxter County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Baxter County, Arkansas. The role involves assemble column and beam cages on the bench; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
