Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Whitfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Whitfield County, Georgia. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift The role involves: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer $10,250 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
