Single needle operator • Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. You will work on an export house sewing floor. You will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
