Powder coater wanted in Warren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Warren County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
