Join our team: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Centre County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges On a typical shift you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes.
