Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Clay County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Part-time with flexible hours.
