Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Stafford County, Virginia. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. The role involves: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
