Urgent requirement: rough terrain crane operator (Enugu State)

Join our team: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Nkanu East, Enugu State. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. The role involves carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
