Bread baker wanted in Clayton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Clayton County, Georgia. The job is at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 5+ years on the tools preferred.
