Bakery assistant wanted in Njikoka

Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking.
