Prep cook wanted in Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
