Day-to-day duties: • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Full-time, day shift.
