Tandoor cook wanted in Colleton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Colleton County, South Carolina. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
