Bread baker wanted in Yalobusha County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. You will be based in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
