Reinforcement fitter — Pike County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Pike County, Alabama. The job is on a busy residential building site. On a typical shift you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Part-time with flexible hours.
