Powder coating line operator • Dauphin County, Pennsylvania

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
