Immediate opening: lawn care technician (Nebraska)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Dixon County, Nebraska. You will work at a private estate garden. On a typical shift you will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Meals and transport allowance provided.
