QC technician • Lapeer County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a QC technician in Lapeer County, Michigan. The job is at a food processing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
