Gas service engineer • Harmon County, Oklahoma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Harmon County, Oklahoma. The job is in a gas distribution network. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Able to read isometric and site drawings The role involves: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
