Argon welder — La Salle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in La Salle County, Texas. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
