Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Decatur County, Tennessee. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery The role involves backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; check for underground cables and services before digging. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
