Dough maker • Pocahontas County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Pocahontas County, Iowa. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
