Powder coating technician — Goliad County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Goliad County, Texas. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time, day shift.
