Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Bryan County, Georgia. You will work at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
