We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Ikole, Ekiti State. The job is at a powder coating unit. You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Rotating shifts. ₦150,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
