Powder coating operator wanted in Dallas County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Dallas County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
