Now hiring: fabrication workshop technician (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Morrison County, Minnesota. You will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. What we are looking for: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits 3+ years on the tools preferred.
