You will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
