Powder coating technician • San Benito County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in San Benito County, California. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 5+ years on the tools preferred.
