We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Claiborne County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
