Urgent requirement: restaurant steward (West Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Hardy County, West Virginia. The job is at a busy restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
