Urgent requirement: powder spray gun operator (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Hopkins County, Kentucky. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
